"We lived at Riverbank for 4 years and absolutely loved it! When we were apartment hunting, Sarah (who was in leasing at the time and is now the Property Manager) was incredibly helpful and genuinely cared about finding the right apartment for us. Thanks to her, we found our dream apartment with a great layout and a beautiful view. In general, the office team is flexible to meet the tenant’s expectations. The staff at Riverbank is exceptional. The doormen, maintenance, and cleaning crew are all friendly, professional, and very responsive. If you put in a maintenance request, they fix it that same day. We didn’t realize how much of a privilege that was until we moved out! The building itself is older but renovated, which is actually a huge plus because the walls are thick. You don't hear your neighbors through the wall. We’re sad to leave after four great years and would highly recommend Riverbank to anyone looking for an apartment."

"I highly recommend living at Riverbank! My studio feels surprisingly spacious, especially with the kitchen tucked away, and I definitely feel like the rent is worth it given the central location, well-maintained building, balcony, and overall quality of the apartments. The maintenance team has always been prompt whenever I've submitted a request, and I really appreciate that management is open to resident feedback and continues to make improvements. Since I've lived here, they've switched to a better internet provider and renovated the laundry room, which has been a great upgrade. Daniel in the leasing office has been amazing to work with. He helped process my application incredibly quickly and is always quick to respond whenever I reach out. I've especially appreciated how helpful he's been such as when I get a last-minute foster placement and need everything approved quickly so I can bring pups home without delays. I also babysit in the area and have spent time in several nearby buildings, and Riverbank is definitely my favorite. Everyone on staff is genuinely friendly and takes the time to get to know the residents. Special shoutout to Juan, who always takes a moment to chat and ask how things are going!"

"We had such a great move-in experience. Everything was seamless and well organized. Stephanie, Dominique and Sarah from the management team were incredibly helpful throughout the process and made everything feel easy and stress-free. Maintenance requests are handled very quickly. Both the maintenance and package handling team are extremely nice and professional. The front desk team is always welcoming, kind, and helpful. We’ve been very happy with our experience and highly recommend this building."

"Great staff, so friendly and are quick to help. The sales team does an amazing job being responsive and helpful: they have great personalities and bring a smile to your face! All of the door people and maintenance are equally great! The amenities are lovely and they are so on top of fixing issues that arise. I highly recommend this building to anyone!"

"I loved living in this building. The management team was so nice with spectacular views of the water and Manhattan skyline. However there are cons. The windows are not soundproof and I can hear protests from the streets. The bedroom has no light switches that work. There’s also a bike storage room, swimming pool and steam room."
